Digital Marketing & Acquisitions Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Acquisition Manager for a premium consumer brand, to take ownership of their digital acquisition strategy.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone who loves turning data, digital channels and great creative into measurable results.

A premium consumer brand with a reputation for high quality, they are expanding across the UK. This is an opportunity to join an established, ambitious international brand at an exciting stage of its UK growth.
The Role
You’ll lead paid media, SEO, CRO and wider digital acquisition activity, with responsibility for generating qualified leads, improving conversion performance and maximising ROI.
You’ll own digital acquisition strategy, including:
- Developing and delivering digital acquisition strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness and measurable growth.
- Managing paid media across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Optimising campaigns against key performance metrics including CPL, CTR and conversion rate.
- Managing digital budgets and channel allocation to maximise efficiency and ROI.
- Leading SEO strategy, working closely with content teams to improve visibility and organic lead generation.
- Driving CRO across websites and landing pages, using data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Briefing, testing and optimising creative campaigns alongside designers and copywriters.
- Developing A/B and multivariate testing programmes across advertising, landing pages and calls to action.
- Tracking and reporting performance through monthly and quarterly dashboards.
- Working with digital partners and platforms to identify new opportunities and emerging best practice.
- Testing new lead-generation channels and scaling the approaches that deliver results.

The role is hybrid working with time in their South Manchester office and WFH.
You
You’ll be a data-driven digital marketer with 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or paid media, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll have a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable ROI. Strong experience is needed with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, as well as experience developing and implementing SEO strategies and working with CRO tools such as Hotjar, Google Optimize or equivalent. You’ll be analytical, able to confidently use Google Analytics, Data Studio or equivalent reporting platforms.
