Digital Marketing Activation Manager (d/f/m) – Amazon Europe

Are you ready to help shape the future of e-commerce for a leading global hygiene and health company? Want to make an impact across multiple European markets?

About the Role

This role owns demand generation and marketing performance for Amazon Europe, one of the strategic growth channels for Tork. This includes defining and executing the full-funnel activation strategy across markets, through advertising, promotions, and content, with the objective of delivering profitable, scalable growth. This is a senior individual contributor role with regional ownership, operating at the level of a manager in scope and impact. You will not only execute campaigns. You will define how Tork wins in Amazon marketing at scale.

We’re looking for a highly driven, ownership-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. If this is you, we’d love to talk.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end demand generation and marketing performance across Amazon Europe, with accountability for growth, profitability, and ROI. Translate commercial objectives into clear activation strategies, performance targets, and investment decisions
  • Drive full-funnel performance across traffic, conversion, and retention, including budget allocation and prioritization across advertising, promotions, and other channels
  • Define and lead full-funnel advertising strategy, spanning Sponsored Ads, DSP, and external traffic, while steering agency, challenging proposals, and ensuring high-quality execution and optimization
  • Own promotions and commercial activation, including defining the annual promotional plan and calendar, aligning with commercial priorities, and ensuring effective integration with advertising to maximize impact
  • Elevate content and conversion performance, by defining the roadmap for best-in-class product content, driving structured test-and-learn programs (A/B testing), and setting standards for localization and scalability
  • Ensure cross-functional marketing execution, aligning commercial, marketing, and supply, and driving strong ownership across agencies and Amazon partners
  • Continuously improve marketing performance and ways of working, leveraging data, AI tools, and insights to drive decision-making, performance gains, and scalability across markets
  • Define, scale, and evolve frameworks, standards, and best practices across countries and categories, embedding learnings and acting as the internal benchmark setter for Amazon marketing performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
