Digital Marketing Advisor
True North Advisors is looking for a talented and commercially minded Digital Marketing Advisor to join our growing team.
Working alongside our Head of Marketing and dedicated in-house content and design team, you will devise and deliver digital marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, as well as True North itself.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn a business objective into an effective digital campaign – from strategy and audience targeting through to set-up, delivery, optimisation and reporting.
Full-time role but part-time may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and deliver digital marketing campaigns for True North clients across a range of sectors.
- Deliver True North's own digital marketing activity to grow our brand, audience and commercial pipeline.
- Build, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and social media, with a particular focus on LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Work with our Head of Marketing and in-house content and design team to develop creative and effective campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and continually optimise activity to improve performance and return on investment.
- Monitor and analyse performance, producing clear and commercially focused reporting for clients.
- Support email marketing, lead generation, organic social media and digital customer journeys.
- Help develop True North's digital marketing offer, identifying new platforms, technologies and approaches that can deliver effective results.

Key Skills
- Previous agency experience (2yrs minimum)
- Experience of planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Strong experience of paid social advertising, particularly LinkedIn.
- A good understanding of digital audiences, targeting, conversion and campaign performance.
- A commercial mindset and focus on delivering measurable results.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to explain digital performance and recommendations to clients.
- Experience using HubSpot, particularly CRM, email marketing, landing pages and marketing automation would also be desirable.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio or other reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and clients.
