Marketing & Communications - Digital Marketing Advisor
Duration: 12 months
Location: London (Hybrid)
This role requires a highly collaborative marketer with strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for building impactful partnerships that deliver results.
As a UK Ecosystem Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of joint marketing programmes with the company's key Ecosystem partners, helping to strengthen relationships, elevate UK in-market presence, and drive measurable business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute joint marketing programmes and tactics with strategic ecosystem partners.
- Build trusted relationships with partner marketing teams and leaders across priority partnerships.
- Create and manage integrated marketing plans that support business priorities, growth targets, and market positioning.
- Lead the delivery of co-marketing activities, including thought leadership, campaigns, executive events, sponsorships, client experiences, content, and digital programmes.
- Work closely with Industry and Service marketing teams, Ecosystem Partner Marketing teams, Reinvention Partner, and Reinvention Engines to identify opportunities for market differentiation and joint value creation.
- Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment on objectives, messaging, investment, and outcomes.
- Manage partner marketing budgets and marketing development funds where applicable.
- Report to the UK Head of Marketing on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment with the UK Marketing strategy.
- Activate partner events for the company in the UK.
- Track and report on performance against key metrics, including engagement, influence, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
- Identify innovative ways to amplify the company ecosystem story and strengthen the impact of strategic partnerships in the market.
- Ensure all activities align with the company brand standards, marketing governance, and business priorities.

- Significant experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing.
- Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across senior internal and external audiences.
- Proven ability to manage complex programmes across multiple teams and priorities.
- Strong commercial understanding and experience aligning marketing activity to growth objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
- Experience using data and insights to optimise marketing performance and demonstrate impact.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of the technology, consulting, or professional services sector.
