Digital Marketing & AI Workflows Intern

About 20Quant

20Quant develops analytically driven tools, content and processes for the financial sector, combining research, technology, quantitative models and communication.

Within 20Quant, MangoPeach is a division focused on the practical application of AI to business processes. MangoPeach helps organisations connect AI, people and execution by designing workflows, agents, review systems and feedback loops that turn AI outputs into useful, measurable work that can be continuously improved over time.

We are looking for someone curious, sharp and highly hands-on, with a strong interest in how AI, digital marketing, content and automation can be integrated into the day-to-day operations of an organisation.

The role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Workflows Intern to support communications, content, social media and AI experimentation across MangoPeach and, more broadly, the 20Quant ecosystem.

The internship will run for 6 months and will be fully remote.

The successful candidate will work on highly practical activities, including research, content creation and adaptation, support for digital channel management, analysis of AI trends, workflow organisation, tool testing and contributing to the development of more efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the team across activities including:

  • Researching and monitoring trends, tools and use cases across AI, automation, digital marketing and business workflows
  • Supporting the creation of content for LinkedIn, Substack, the website, newsletters and commercial materials
  • Repurposing long-form content into shorter formats suitable for distribution across different digital channels
  • Supporting the planning and management of the editorial calendar
  • Analysing basic content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Testing AI tools for content creation, research, automation, organisation and content repurposing
  • Supporting the documentation of internal workflows, processes and feedback loops
  • Contributing to the development of prompts, templates, checklists and operating procedures
  • Supporting digital marketing activities related to campaigns, reports, landing pages and lead-generation materials

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
