Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce and consumer brand to recruit a Marketing Data Analyst.
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious business at an exciting stage of its growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will become the analytical engine behind the marketing team, helping turn customer, campaign, and commercial data into clear actions.
This is not a role focused on producing reports for the sake of it. The business needs someone who can spot trends, ask the right questions, and explain what the data means for future marketing activity, customer growth, and commercial performance.
What you'll be doing
- Building and maintaining marketing dashboards across GA4, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Owning weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting
- Monitoring key commercial metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, and AOV
- Analyzing website traffic, customer behavior, and funnel performance
- Measuring campaign and channel ROI to help guide marketing investment
- Analyzing creative performance across paid, organic, social, and content channels
- Providing audience and customer segment insights to improve targeting and messaging
- Working with the growth team to design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
- Identifying retention, upsell, and customer growth opportunities
- Supporting product and commercial teams with customer demand, search trend, and market analysis
- Presenting clear, commercially focused recommendations to the CMO and wider marketing team
- Improving data quality, tracking, and confidence across the business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
