About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager to join our energetic and passionate Marketing & Sales team, who are responsible for a large portion of web traffic and bookings across all core TUI products. As a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager, you would be joining the Digital Marketing Analytics function who act as an internal agency for the Digital Marketing team. You would be responsible for the creation, setup and maintenance of new reports and delivering insights within the Marketing ecosystem. This will include working closely with the UK and Group Digital teams to ensure that the data is accurate and received in a timely manner. You will also be working on key projects such as Digital Data Unification and Marketing Effectiveness to ensure that TUI remains on the cutting edge of tech.

This role is a parental leave cover position and is therefore on a fixed-term contract for 12 months
This role will be advertised for a minimum of 14 days, but it may close at any time after that period.

About the Job
- Marketing Analytics: Ownership and maintenance of UK&I Reporting Suite across Digital Marketing channels such as Paid Search, Social, and others.
- Google Cloud Engineering: Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and validity of our Google Cloud database via BigQuery and similar programs.
- Strategic Projects: Key analytics contact for strategic data projects relating to the UK Digital Marketing Tech and Reporting Stack.
- Marketing Effectiveness: Support the wider Digital Team to ensure that data is used effectively and efficiently via initiatives such as testing and attribution.
- Insights Generation: Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to generate actionable insights for the wider Digital team, ensuring analytics is at the forefront of what we do.

About You
- Proven experience working with Google Marketing Platform products or similar digital marketing and analytics technologies.
- Familiarity with tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium allows you to support accurate tracking and measurement across digital channels.
- Strong knowledge of coding principles and best practices, with the ability to apply technical solutions to business requirements.
- Proven success using Python and SQL enables you to manipulate, analyse and interpret complex datasets with confidence.
- Strong communication skills help you build effective relationships with stakeholders across different teams, countries, and levels of technical understanding.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and delivery.
