Digital Marketing and AI Growth Manager
As our Digital Marketing and AI Growth Manager, you’ll lead the visibility, performance and evolution of NRL Group’s digital ecosystem. This role would suit someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, and innovation — blending strategic insight with hands-on digital execution to strengthen our brand authority across traditional and emerging AI-driven search environments.

Location and Working Pattern
Hybrid role based in Wigan, with two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver NRL Group’s SEO, GEO and AI search strategy to increase digital visibility and authority.
- Oversee digital estate governance, managing website development and performance across multiple brands.
- Lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, shaping user journeys to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Manage and enhance marketing technology platforms and automation workflows.
- Build and maintain dashboards, insights and analytics to inform strategy and performance reporting.
- Drive innovation through AI adoption and experimentation across marketing activities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop authoritative content that builds brand trust.
- Guide agency partnerships and internal teams to optimise our overall digital footprint.

Must-have Requirements
- Extensive B2B and B2C digital marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, GEO and AI search principles.
- Experience managing websites, CMS platforms and supplier relationships.
- Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, CRM integrations and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Proven experience leading CRO programmes and digital transformation projects.
- Confident communicator with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience in recruitment, engineering, technical or service-based sectors.
- Exposure to multi-brand marketing environments or complex website migrations.
