Salary: £28,000 to £34,000, depending on experience, portfolio and breadth of capability
Contract: Initial six month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend or become permanent following a review of performance and business requirements
Location: Full time, office based at Carrwood Park in East Leeds

The role

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing and Content Executive to strengthen WorkWell’s marketing output and support our continued growth.

With a strong focus on video and digital content, you will create engaging campaigns across social media, email and our website. You will also help bring customer stories to life, develop sales collateral and nurture existing contacts.

This is a hands on role for someone who can take an idea from initial concept through to delivery. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and Operations teams, as well as our external agency partners.

The role is initially offered as a six month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend or become permanent following a review of performance and ongoing business requirements.

What you will be doing

  • Plan, film and edit video content, including customer stories, interviews, workspace tours and short form video.
  • Create copy and visual content for LinkedIn, YouTube, email, the website and wider campaigns.
  • Maintain the content calendar and co-ordinate delivery with internal teams and agencies.
  • Develop email campaigns, automated customer journeys and lead nurture activity.
  • Support campaigns for our locations and workspace services.
  • Create and maintain brochures, case studies, proposals, infographics and other sales collateral.
  • Co-ordinate customer testimonials, advocacy and referral activity.

  • Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting and recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
