DIGITAL MARKETING & DEMAND GENERATION EXECUTIVE
Leatherhead, Surrey (hybrid, 2 days per week in office) · up to £35,000 + bonus + benefits
I'm running a search for a hands-on B2B marketer to join a market-leading intelligence and advisory business serving the global aviation industry. Their data and analytics products are used by airlines, lessors, banks, and investors worldwide, and marketing plays a central role in how they reach that audience.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on demand generation role with real breadth: multi-channel campaign execution, marketing automation, content production, and product marketing support. You'd be building campaigns in HubSpot, reporting across Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, and turning technical product information into content that lands commercially.
WHAT YOU WOULD OWN
- Planning, building, and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, and social
- Building and testing emails, landing pages, forms, and campaign assets in HubSpot
- Campaign reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with clear insights and recommendations
- Supporting product launches with multi-channel comms, campaign assets, and collateral
- Sales enablement materials: decks, battlecards, and product one-pagers
- Customer case studies, from research and interviews through to draft content and promotion
- Campaign assets and short-form video using Canva, PowerPoint, and CapCut
- The end-to-end webinar process, from invitations and promotion through to follow-up and attendee reporting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
