Reports to: eCommerce Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Irlam, Manchester Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
About the Role
We're looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing and eCommerce Executive to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you'll drive campaign strategy, optimise our online presence, and work across multiple channels to boost customer acquisition and retention.

What You'll Do
Digital Marketing
- Own and maintain the campaign planner- keep it updated and communicate key campaigns to all stakeholders (email, homepage, social)
- Coordinate across email, homepage, and social teams to ensure aligned, cohesive campaigns
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to sharpen our strategies
- Collaborate with the email team on CRM strategies that drive customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Develop insights-driven campaign strategies across channels

- Ensure our product listing and product detail pages shine. They should be conversion focused, with accurate listings and up to date information / images
- Manage the induction of new products onto the website, ensuring all product data, images, and content pull through correctly from the PIM before going live
- Ensure our product listings shine: accurate, up-to-date, and conversion-focused
- Drive promotional campaigns including seasonal launches, discounts, and product highlights
- Work with design and content teams to craft compelling visuals and messaging
- Optimise website merchandising to boost conversion and customer satisfaction
Data & Insights
- Analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights
- Monitor key metrics: traffic, conversions, ROI, engagement and more
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations
- Use data to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
Collaboration
- Partner closely with eCommerce, buying, and customer service teams
- Liaise with external third parties: Klevu (search), Trustpilot (reviews), Mollie (payments), and Zendesk (customer support)
- Work with IT and development teams to solve technical challenges and integrate third-party tools
- Share wins and learnings across the wider organisation

What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems
- Strong analytical skills, you love data and know how to tell a story with it
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A creative mindset balanced with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities without losing focus
- Genuine passion for improving customer experience
