Job Title: Digital Marketing and Sales Associate

Location: Remote – UK-based
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, Shift-Based – Flexible Hours
Start Date: August 2026

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Part-Time Digital Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic role that combines digital marketing, online training, student mentoring, lead engagement, consultative selling, and sales closing.

You will host online Masterclasses, engage and mentor students, interact with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and guide qualified prospects towards purchasing our digital marketing training and outsourcing solutions.

The ideal candidate understands digital marketing, enjoys communicating with people, is confident presenting online, and has a strong ability to identify customer needs, communicate value, handle objections, and close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career across digital marketing, sales, business development, training, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Zoom Masterclasses & Workshops

    • Deliver engaging, structured Masterclasses on digital marketing fundamentals via Zoom during assigned shifts.
    • Maintain high audience interaction, answer technical marketing questions, and demonstrate practical industry strategies.
    • Position our institute's outsourcing and training solutions effectively during live sessions.
  • Student Mentoring & Support

    • Provide 1-on-1 and group mentoring sessions to support students through their digital marketing coursework.
    • Review student projects, offer practical advice on marketing campaigns, and guide their career/agency development.
    • Act as a trusted point of contact for student queries and skill development.
  • 1-on-1 Sales Calls & Client Discovery

    • Conduct 1-on-1 consultative calls with Masterclass attendees interested in outsourcing or advanced programs.
    • Understand client business needs and recommend tailored digital marketing/outsourcing packages.
    • Address prospect questions, handle basic objections, and guide clients through the enrollment/signup process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, partnerships, retail, account management, luxury retail, or a customer-facing commercial role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of core digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content Strategy, Email Marketing).
  • Mentoring Mindset: A passion for teaching, supporting students, and explaining complex concepts simply.
  • Camera & Zoom Skills: Highly engaging on camera, comfortable presenting to groups and leading interactive Q&A.
  • Communication: Flawless spoken and written British English with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Location & Eligibility: Must be based in the UK and legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • Reliability: Punctual, organised, and capable of managing shift schedules effectively.
