Fantastic Opportunity for an AI & Digital Marketing Apprenticeship
Based within the brand side of our fast-paced marketing department, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing channels and brand activities while learning to leverage AI technologies.
Working closely with the Head of Brand and the wider marketing team, you will split your time between contributing directly to our marketing outputs and completing your formal training portfolio.
This role provides excellent exposure to the varied aspects of a growing business, including social media, SEO content, landing page creation, and brand campaign support. You'll be supported by an experienced team and given the space to grow, while making a genuine contribution from day one.
Our in-house team manages a broad channel mix, including PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social, Affiliates, Email Marketing, TV, Radio, Out-of-Home (OOH), Brand Partnerships, Programmatic, and PR. This multi-touch approach offers an incredible environment to build your foundational knowledge.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Brand & Digital Execution
- Support the documentation, execution, scheduling, and reporting of social media posting across our channels, helping to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence
- Build and publish campaign landing pages, ensuring they are on-brand and optimised for conversion
- Support the management of website categories, including populating, creating, and maintaining SEO-optimised content, meta titles, and descriptions
- Source and manage competition partners, building brand relationships and overseeing winner management from selection to prize fulfilment
- Assist with post-campaign reports and information sharing for our spa account managers, helping communicate results and activity updates
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure marketing activity and brand campaigns are delivered on time

AI Integration & Research
- Conduct proactive research to support campaign planning, including analysing social media trends, competitor activities, and channel best practices
- Learn to utilise modern generative AI tools (such as LLMs and other creative or copywriting software) to assist with brainstorming, drafting copy variations, and optimising content scaling
- Act as a champion for new digital tools and AI applications within the marketing team, using insights from your coursework to improve efficiency
Apprenticeship Commitment
Dedicate some of your working hours to off-the-job training, actively participating in workshops, modules, and portfolio assessments managed by Creative Process Digital

The training will take place once a month at Creative Process Digital:
Training covers:
- Marketing strategy & branding
- Content creation & SEO
- AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini
- Paid advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn & TikTok)
- Email marketing & CRM automation
- Analytics, reporting & GA4
- Multi-channel campaign planning and execution
Delivered through 1 day per month of classroom training, plus 1:1 coaching, workplace projects, and self-study, allowing learners to apply their skills directly within your business.
Outcome:
By the end of the programme, employees achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, build a portfolio of real campaigns, gain industry certifications, and become confident AI-enabled digital marketers capable of delivering measurable business results.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent role, with opportunities to progress into AI marketing, campaign management, or specialist digital marketing roles as your skills and experience develop.
