What you'll do at work

Working closely with the Head of Brand and the wider marketing team, you will split your time between contributing directly to our marketing outputs and completing your formal training portfolio. This role provides excellent exposure to the varied aspects of a growing business, including social media, SEO content, landing page creation, and brand campaign support. You'll be supported by an experienced team and given the space to grow, while making a genuine contribution from day one.

Our in-house team manages a broad channel mix, including PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social, Affiliates, Email Marketing, TV, Radio, Out-of-Home (OOH), Brand Partnerships, Programmatic, and PR. This multi-touch approach offers an incredible environment to build your foundational knowledge.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

Brand & Digital Execution

  • Support the documentation, execution, scheduling, and reporting of social media posting across our channels, helping to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence
  • Build and publish campaign landing pages, ensuring they are on-brand and optimised for conversion
  • Support the management of website categories, including populating, creating, and maintaining SEO-optimised content, meta titles, and descriptions
  • Source and manage competition partners, building brand relationships and overseeing winner management from selection to prize fulfilment
  • Assist with post-campaign reports and information sharing for our spa account managers, helping communicate results and activity updates
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure marketing activity and brand campaigns are delivered on time

AI Integration & Research

  • Conduct proactive research to support campaign planning, including analysing social media trends, competitor activities, and channel best practices
  • Learn to utilise modern generative AI tools (such as LLMs and other creative or copywriting software) to assist with brainstorming, drafting copy variations, and optimising content scaling
  • Act as a champion for new digital tools and AI applications within the marketing team, using insights from your coursework to improve efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
