About the Role
As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a creative, motivated and eager Digital Marketing Apprentice to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across all aspects of digital marketing while receiving mentorship and structured training. You will contribute to real campaigns, develop a professional portfolio, and build foundational skills in content creation, social media, client communication, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging picture and video content, including Reels, TikToks, graphics, and other visuals for social media posts and broader marketing campaigns
- Create digital marketing content for presentations (slides, decks, and supporting visuals)
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Support the development and execution of email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and other digital campaigns
- Communicate effectively with clients - gather requirements, provide updates, present ideas, and incorporate feedback
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.) and help prepare reports
- Engage with online audiences, respond to comments/messages, and help build community
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, events, and cross-channel initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices

The Skills You Will Bring
- Strong creative skills with a passion for producing visual and video content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and team members
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc. – training will be provided)
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for digital trends, social media, and marketing innovation
- Professional attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week

They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 7.
