Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant
At PMI, we help organisations improve performance by developing the skills, knowledge, and approaches that drive meaningful change. For more than 40 years, we've supported businesses and individuals through consultancy, training, apprenticeships, and learning solutions.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Generate Demand team. You'll support campaigns across email, social media, and our website, helping us connect with new audiences and share valuable content that sparks engagement and enquiries.

Purpose of the Role
- To support the creation and production of digital content.
- To enable the distribution of digital content across social media and partner platforms.
- To support CX and journeys across all our digital platforms.
- To contribute to website maintenance, development & content to support our digital marketing strategy, customer experience (CX), and user interface (UI).
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital marketing approach.

Core Processes
- Produce digital content to support digital marketing campaigns.
- Produce digital content to support customer journeys.
- Distribute content across Ever-Better Group websites, social media and partner platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns with relevant and timely digital advertising.
- Engage with online audiences and external collaborators to enable brand visibility.
- Review and improve existing digital content to support SEO, GEO and PPC strategy.
- Collate, present, and distribute performance data for Generate Demand activities.
- Maintain website health and stability to support authority scores.
- Contribute to website development to support continuous improvement of CX & UI.
- Maintain customer-facing sales collateral for products and services.
- Identify and contribute to new digital marketing campaign opportunities.
- Support the Business Plan deliverables.

Job Details
- Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Team: Generate Demand
- Salary: £26,500
- Location: 4 days CV5 9RN (Meriden), Friday WFH
- Holidays: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Benefits: Pension, Private Health Cover, Income Protection and Life Cover
