Role Overview

The Digital & Marketing Assistant provides essential operational support to execute the brand's cross-channel marketing strategies. This hands-on role is responsible for the day-to-day building of digital campaigns, meticulous proofreading, and the logistical execution of retail and VIP event collateral.

The Assistant ensures that activities are delivered on time, accurately, and to the highest brand standards, supporting across the brand portfolio: Sisley, Hair Rituel by Sisley, Maison Sisley, and Neuraé (UK & IE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Execution & Email Builds: Working alongside the CRM Executive, you will build, schedule, and send weekly email and mobile campaigns across the UK and Ireland markets. Perform minor image edits for digital channels using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Proofreading & Quality Assurance: Write and thoroughly proofread engaging, brand-aligned copy for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, and push notifications.
  • Collateral Briefing & Production: Support the end-to-end creation of marketing collateral (D2C & POS), ensuring the timely production and distribution of materials. Create key documents and toolkits to support internal teams and store operations.
  • Printing, Sending & Logistics: Manage the logistical execution of loyalty gift send-outs, which includes ordering products, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders, and coordinating with store teams. Raise necessary orders for non-London doors on internal systems, and ensure sufficient sellable stock, testers, and props are ordered for brand and VIP events.
  • Field Communication & Loyalty: Act as a key contact for store teams, supporting them with communications regarding new launches and upcoming CRM activities. Create engaging posts, manage the marketing calendar on internal platforms like Yoobic, and manage loyalty gift fulfilment.

Organisational Structure

This role features a dual management structure, reporting to both the Marketing Manager (POS CRM) and E-commerce Manager (E-commerce CRM) with weekly catch-ups. The scope of work will be divided 50/50 between E-commerce and POS. The Omni-channel Assistant will also work closely with the CRM Executive. All HR-related topics (annual leave, sickness, etc.) will be handled by the Marketing Manager.
