Are you creative, organised and curious about how businesses use digital marketing to engage customers and grow?
HFIS is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities while studying towards a Level 3 Digital Marketing & AI Executive Apprenticeship qualification.
Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll develop practical skills in content creation, social media, email marketing, website management, campaign delivery, analytics and emerging AI tools, building a strong foundation for a successful marketing career.

- Assisting with marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites and other digital channels
- Creating, editing and publishing content for websites, newsletters and social media
- Supporting website updates and content management activities
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation and reporting
- Monitoring social media activity and engagement
- Helping collect and analyse marketing performance data
- Conducting competitor, market and customer research
- Supporting events, webinars and partnership activities
- Maintaining marketing resources, content calendars and campaign trackers
- Learning how AI and emerging technologies can enhance marketing activities
- Working closely with teammates across the business to support marketing objectives
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop a career in marketing.
You'll ideally have:
- A genuine interest in marketing, digital media and communications
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The confidence to ask questions and seek feedback
- An interest in understanding customer behaviour and digital trends
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Previous marketing experience is not required. We are looking for potential, enthusiasm and a commitment to learning.
