Role Description

Support the day-to-day build of emails and targeted audiences for a variety of tours and festivals across the UK. You will also support the shared team goal to grow reach, engagement, and first-party data. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your Digital Marketing skills and to progress your career in CRM. We’re looking for someone driven who will channel their passion to reach more fans and help sell more tickets for our incredible array of shows and festivals.

Who You Are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Previous experience in digital marketing: building emails and audiences or updating websites
  • A passion for email marketing – understanding what makes them tick (and click)
  • Detail oriented with immaculate attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple projects to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Photoshop or another image editing software preferred, with an eye for visuals

What The Role Includes

  • Build: Create emails accurately and in a time-efficient way to maximise volume
  • Design: Tailor emails as required and use design to improve email performance
  • Data: Build targeted audiences for a variety of tours and festivals across the UK
  • Wider tasks: Support the CRM team with reporting on key email marketing metrics, proof regular automated sends and come up with new ideas for future newsletters
