About Us

Short Let Space is a leading short-let and serviced accommodation provider based in Oxfordshire, managing a growing portfolio of properties across Oxford, Woodstock, and the wider Cotswolds. We help property owners maximise their returns while giving guests beautifully presented, well-located homes for their stay. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts across content creation, social media, and property listings. A key part of this role will be visiting and writing compelling, accurate property descriptions that showcase our homes and drive bookings — so a writing experience and an eye for detail are essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across content, copywriting, social media, and campaign support within a fast-moving property business.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Lead. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in office based in Woodstock, and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
