About this opportunity
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our Growth Accelerator team. Ideal for someone with a solid foundation in marketing who’s keen to build hands on experience across Social, PMax and Programmatic advertising.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our digital campaigns running smoothly — coordinating creative production, performance analysis and campaign optimisation.
No line management responsibility, but you’ll take ownership of important operational tasks and work closely with multiple managers, agencies, and internal teams. This role offers great exposure to large scale digital marketing activity and plenty of opportunity to learn, develop, and grow.
What will I be doing?
- Support the analysis of digital marketing performance across Social, PMax and Programmatic campaigns
- Focus on creative performance analysis, identifying what’s working and what isn’t via A/B testing
- Help translate performance data into clear insights to inform creative optimisation
- Support account hygiene checks across our core platforms including Google Ads and Meta.
- Opportunity to manage smaller campaigns and accounts
- Brief internal and external creative teams on digital asset requirements, supporting the end-to-end production of creative across Social, PMax and Programmatic channels
- Manage creative assets through internal approval processes, ensuring brand, legal and compliance requirements are met
- Set up and QA creative assets within relevant platforms and ad systems
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders accurately and on time whilst tracking spend against POs and supporting budget control processes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
