About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our vibrant marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead digital campaigns across multiple markets and brands, including MHA UK, Baker Tilly Ireland, Baker Tilly South East Europe, and MHA UAE. Reporting directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing junior team members, overseeing campaign delivery, and driving digital initiatives that contribute to our firm’s growth and reputation.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strategic mindset, and demonstrate a strong ability to analyze data for actionable insights. You will play a vital role in enhancing our digital presence, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels. This position offers a unique chance to influence the firm’s digital strategy and deliver measurable results that support our commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of planning and executing successful campaigns that deliver ROI.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including web, organic and paid social media, paid search, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing high-budget SEO and PPC campaigns, including keyword strategy, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey optimization, CRO, landing page, and form optimization techniques.
  • Ability to develop, oversee, and evaluate complex marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Previous line management experience or the demonstrated potential to lead and develop junior colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into strategic decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at senior levels.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field; professional marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics, social management, and paid media platforms.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets, ensuring brand consistency and targeted messaging.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
  • Oversee digital projects from inception to completion, coordinating internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Own specific digital areas within the marketing function, developing strategic plans and being accountable for their performance and results.
  • Support day-to-day digital operations, including website management, social media, paid search, email marketing, and content creation, ensuring compliance with GDPR and brand standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights to optimize ongoing efforts and demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, communications, and other specialist teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that support business growth and lead generation.
  • Identify opportunities for digital growth, contribute to sector and service line campaigns, and support internal business development activities.
  • Act as a brand guardian across all digital content and activities, ensuring adherence to brand values and governance standards.
  • Champion digital best practices, including accessibility, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
