If you're always spotting the latest trend, wondering why some ads stop you scrolling, and excited by the idea of working for one of retail's most iconic brands (yes, that's us!) keep reading.

We're looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially curious Digital Marketing Assistant who's hungry to learn, full of ideas and ready to get stuck in. You'll gain hands-on experience across PPC, Paid Social, Display and Affiliate Marketing, supporting campaigns for both Ann Summers and Knickerbox.

No two days look quite the same. You'll learn from industry experts, work with external partners and agencies, and get real exposure to the trading, creative and commercial decisions that help drive our digital business forward.

What can you expect from the role?

  • Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates.
  • Help coordinate activity around key trading moments, product launches, promotional periods and seasonal events.
  • Work closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to bring campaigns to life brilliantly and on time.
  • Brief and share creative assets, making sure artwork, copy and campaign set-up are right for each digital channel.
  • Support with performance updates, reporting and digital admin, including Google Analytics, platform insights and purchase orders.
  • Stay curious about digital trends, competitor activity and new opportunities that could help us grow.
  • Build hands-on experience across multiple digital channels while developing your marketing knowledge, confidence and commercial thinking.
