Who We Are Looking For
CloserStill Media is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Digital Department. Reporting directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with oversight of the Group Digital Manager, this role is pivotal in supporting our digital marketing efforts across various portfolios. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of activities, from executing digital campaigns to assisting with audits, all aimed at enhancing our brand awareness and conversions. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, develop a broad skill set, and contribute to the ongoing success of our digital marketing initiatives.
The Role
- Digital Campaign Execution: Launch optimised paid media ads through platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to increase conversions and brand awareness.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and content leads to define audience types and filter relevant information down to the wider digital team.
- SEO/SEM Support: Be actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimisation, and upskilling on SEO/SEM knowledge, tactics, and benchmarks under the guidance of your manager.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assist with various digital projects, ensuring smooth execution throughout the show cycles.
- Marketing Support: Provide support to Marketing Managers across the business with various digital marketing tasks, including campaign management and content updates.
- Creative Assistance: From time to time, prepare artwork and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
- Systems Consolidation: Assist with consolidating our systems and accounts across the entire business to streamline digital operations.
- Content Management: Support the uploading of copy and images to websites and social media platforms, ensuring correct formatting using basic HTML knowledge. Support with backend CMS management.

About You
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for setting up and customising tags.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and image optimisation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in digital marketing and data management platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML and experience formatting content for web and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva for creating and editing marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Beneficial Skills
- Experience with website management, including content updates and platform rollouts.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as PowerBI and HubSpot.
- Experience in managing and delivering apps.
- Knowledge of system integration and consolidation in a digital marketing context.
Governance & Oversight
- Senior Digital Marketing Manager: Provides strategic oversight and ensures alignment with business goals.
- Group Digital Manager: Direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day management, training, and support.
