We are a small, fast-moving team where ideas can go from concept to launch quickly. We're looking for someone who wants hands-on ownership of how our products are presented, discovered and grown online.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to help grow Voyager AI's products across organic and paid channels.

You'll take hands-on responsibility for our social media presence, create content and campaign creatives, run and optimise paid advertising, and use performance data to continuously improve what we do.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Create social media and advertising creatives, including short-form video, graphics and copy
  • Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and other digital advertising platforms
  • Develop and test different creative concepts, messaging and audiences to improve campaign performance
  • Identify and coordinate opportunities with creators and influencers
  • Monitor campaign and social performance, turning data into clear recommendations
  • Support product launches, promotions and other growth initiatives
  • Stay on top of social, travel, AI and consumer trends and turn them into relevant content opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
