Company Description

GSFEN Business School UK is a not-for-profit postgraduate institution and the academic and ceremonial arm of the Global Socio-Economic and Financial Evolution Network (GSFEN Worldwide Ltd). Role Description

The Digital Marketing, Brand & Communications Manager is a volunteer, remote role responsible for strengthening the school’s brand presence and visibility across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing and communication plans
  • Managing social media and email campaigns
  • Maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Creating and editing content for websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials
  • Coordinating public relations activities to enhance stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborating with academic and administrative teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals
  • Tracking performance metrics
  • Recommending improvements based on data and feedback

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Brand Management and Integrated Marketing to build and maintain a consistent, recognizable institutional identity.
  • Experience in Public Relations, including media outreach, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing, analytics) and familiarity with content creation for online channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in education, sustainable development, or humanitarian causes, and alignment with the not-for-profit mission of the institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills and strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with global partners and internal teams.
