Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive
Location: Chislehurst, Kent (with occasional travel to other Ancaster locations)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full Time | Permanent | Hybrid Working available upon successful completion of probation

We're looking for a proactive, data driven and organised Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive to join our growing Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across websites, email marketing and digital campaigns, ensuring our marketing activity is delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Working alongside our Marketing Managers and Marketing & Social Media Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting campaigns across multiple brands and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
As Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive, you'll support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across the Ancaster Group.
You'll be responsible for maintaining website content, creating and scheduling email campaigns, supporting CRM activity and ensuring our digital marketing channels remain accurate and up to date as well as the day to day administration of the Marketing inbox.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with digital platforms and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Update website content, offers, promotions and landing pages.
- Ensure website information remains accurate, engaging and up to date.
- Liaise with website providers to resolve issues and implement updates.
Email Marketing & Campaign Delivery
- Build and schedule email marketing campaigns using our email marketing platform.
- Support Marketing Managers with campaign setup and delivery.
- Prepare customer audience lists and segmentation for campaigns.
- Test campaigns before deployment to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting.
CRM & Marketing Support
- Support customer communications and CRM activity.
- Assist with maintaining customer databases and marketing lists.
- Ensure data is managed accurately and in line with GDPR requirements.
- Create base line reports across all channels.
Marketing Operations
- Manage the marketing inbox and respond to internal requests.
- Maintain digital asset libraries and campaign files.
- Support the wider marketing team with administrative tasks as required.
About You
You'll be an organised and enthusiastic marketer with an interest in digital marketing and campaign delivery.
You'll enjoy working with systems and processes, have excellent attention to detail and be confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing or campaign support role.
- Experience updating website content using a CMS.
- Experience building email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
- Experience using CRM or email marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or campaign reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO best practice.
- Experience within the automotive industry (desirable but not essential).
