Digital Marketing Campaign Manager (Programmatic)

Successful Media Agency - Surrey / Hybrid / UK Remote

£35k-£45k (DoE)

About the Role

Our client is a successful media agency based in Surrey; they’re the UK market-leader in their field and they work with some of the world’s largest and most successful companies. They are looking for a focused, high calibre Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, who has solid expertise in an agency environment, to manage, expand and significantly improve the existing campaigns.

This is a highly commercial, data-driven role where the Campaign Manager will be responsible for scaling the current platform footprint, finding hidden efficiencies, auditing current performance and implementing advanced strategies to improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success managing digital marketing campaigns / performance marketing campaigns in an agency setting
  • Hands-on experience taking over and scaling existing accounts using programmatic vendors and major job aggregators
  • Demonstrable experience running and improving localised search or display campaigns via Google Ads
  • Campaign experience on Bing, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Strong IT and AI skills including MS Excel and data capabilities to manipulate XML feeds and interpret complex performance dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to explain technical programmatic mechanics in simple business terms
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dedication to continuous learning and progression
  • Highly organised, personable and professional
