Role Overview

Digital Marketing, Communications, and Design Executive owns the organisation's brand voice and visual identity end to end — from the strategy and copy behind a campaign to the interface a customer actually touches. This role combines integrated marketing communications (content, PR, campaigns, brand stewardship) with digital and creative design (UI/UX for web, internet banking and mobile, plus marketing and social creative), ensuring every message and every screen feels like one brand.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing a press release and wireframing a mobile banking flow — a creative, analytically minded professional who can operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with product, technology, and senior stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

Content, Copy & Visual Design

  • Develop compelling, on-brand copy and visual creative for the website, email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral including brochures, rollup banners, and product materials.
  • Translate complex product and service offerings into clear narratives and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, look and feel across all written and visual communications, internal and external.
  • Design high-quality social media content — static posts, stories, banners, and animated creatives — across all brand channels.

Digital Product Design (UX/UI)

  • Lead the design and continuous enhancement of the organisation's website, ensuring optimal UX, visual consistency, and accessibility standards.
  • Design and iterate on the Internet Banking Platform UI and Mobile Banking Application, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Produce engaging video demos, walkthroughs, and motion graphics for platform onboarding and customer education.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
