Marketing & Digital Content Executive
Location: Near Heathfield
Must be a driver due to the rural location
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
Full-time, with flexibility around working hours
30 days’ holiday + 8 bank holidays

What you will be doing:
• Support the creation and day-to-day management of marketing and digital content
• Help plan, write and refine content to ensure it’s clear, consistent and audience-focused
• Contribute to campaign activity across digital channels, helping to keep messaging on-brand
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to help ideas land effectively in market
• Maintain quality and attention to detail across content and communications
What you will bring:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working within Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing
Experience of digital content and creation
Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Confidence contributing to content plans and turning them into practical outputs
A proactive, organised approach with a keen eye for detail
Genuine interest in digital content and keeping things engaging and relevant
Comfortable working as part of a team while also taking ownership of your work
