Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

Your Celebrity Magazines
£30,000 per annum | Full-time | Office-based in Brighton

About the Role

Your Celebrity Magazines (YCM) is looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team in Brighton.

We specialise in magazines, special editions and collectable publications featuring some of the world’s biggest celebrities, musicians and cultural icons, selling to customers across the US, UK and the rest of the world.

This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, content creation, social media, paid advertising, community engagement and e-commerce. We’re looking for someone who can spot opportunities, create great content and turn marketing activity into measurable engagement, traffic and sales.

Alongside strong creative skills, the successful candidate will have a good technical understanding of campaign tracking, UTMs, attribution, analytics and optimisation, with the ability to use performance data to understand what is working and continually improve marketing results.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and edit engaging video, photography, graphics, social posts and Stories.
  • Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Develop campaigns around new magazine releases, pre-orders, celebrities, musicians, special editions and trending topics.
  • Manage paid social advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, X and other relevant platforms, including budgets, targeting, testing and optimisation.
  • Build relationships with fan groups, fan pages, influencers, creators and online communities, identifying opportunities for collaborations and partnerships.
  • Create and support email marketing campaigns, e-commerce promotions and product launches.
  • Apply practical SEO, including keyword research, on-page SEO and content optimisation.
  • Maintain a marketing and content calendar, coordinating multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities, and react quickly to relevant celebrity, music, entertainment and social trends.
  • Monitor and report on campaign spend, traffic, conversions, sales and ROI/ROAS, using performance data to improve results.
  • Explore AI and new creative technologies to improve content and marketing performance.
  • Use third-party imagery and content appropriately, with awareness of copyright and content usage rights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
