Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports Michael Kors' performance marketing team across EMEA & ROW, helping to deliver affiliate, paid social, advocacy and cross-channel digital marketing activity. The role supports campaign delivery, creative coordination, reporting, content creation and operational processes, helping to ensure accurate and timely execution across digital marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders and building experience across a broad range of performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Channel Support
- Support the day-to-day delivery of affiliate marketing activity across EMEA markets.
- Assist with publisher onboarding, campaign briefing, exposure planning and ongoing partner coordination.
- Monitor affiliate performance and highlight optimisation opportunities to the relevant channel specialist.
- Support cross-channel digital marketing activity, with a primary focus on Paid Social coordination.
- Assist with campaign launches, quality assurance checks, ad previews, asset distribution and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate campaign inputs and requests across markets, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support testing initiatives and maintain relevant campaign performance trackers and dashboards.
Creative & Content Coordination
- Manage creative briefing and delivery workflows across digital marketing channels.
- Coordinate assets with Design, Brand, CRM, eCommerce and agency partners.
- Support copywriting for digital campaigns, partner communications and marketing activity.
- Ensure campaign assets and copy are accurate, on brand and delivered on time.
- Maintain creative trackers and marketing calendars to provide clear visibility of planned activity.
- Support quality assurance checks across campaign assets, messaging and landing page experiences.

Advocacy & Community Marketing (Duel)
- Support the delivery of the Michael Kors advocacy programme through Duel.
- Create campaign briefs and coordinate advocate communications.
- Review content submissions for accuracy, quality and brand alignment.
- Monitor advocate activity and maintain programme trackers.
- Create and distribute weekly advocacy digest emails to stakeholders.
- Assist with advocate onboarding and wider community engagement initiatives.
Reporting & Operations
- Maintain Airtable trackers, campaign calendars and operational documentation.
- Produce regular reporting across affiliate, advocacy and wider digital marketing activity.
- Monitor campaign execution and flag relevant trends, issues and opportunities.
- Help ensure data accuracy across internal reporting tools and platforms.
- Assist with contract administration, asset organisation and general team coordination.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Design, Brand, CRM, eCommerce, PMG, Merchandising and agency partners to support campaign execution.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Support the rollout of new tools, processes and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to team projects and wider digital marketing programmes as required.
You'll Need to Have
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, paid social, eCommerce or a related marketing role.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- An analytical mindset and confidence working with marketing performance data.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn across multiple digital marketing channels.

We'd Love to See
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing, paid social, SEO and other performance marketing channels.
- Experience with platforms such as Awin, Duel, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience managing content, creative workflows or campaign calendars.
- An understanding of influencer, advocacy or creator-led marketing.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in fashion, luxury retail and eCommerce.
- A proactive, curious and solutions-oriented mindset.

Compensation Range:
