Digital Marketing Coordinator
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. This is a fast-paced role where we are looking for someone who can step in quickly, apply their expertise from day one, and confidently manage key digital initiatives across both local and global teams.

Our Team
Our global Business Development and Marketing team includes over 65 colleagues working together to provide frontline BD support and advice at a practice, industry and office level - much of the work being collaborative and international in nature. This role will report into the Digital Marketing Manager, and forms part of the firm's wider Business Development & Marketing team.

Our Opportunity
You will support a wide range of digital and interactive media activities, working closely with our global digital team to maintain and elevate our online presence - ensuring our website content is accurate, relevant, optimised, and consistently updated. You will also coordinate targeted email campaigns, support social media activity, and manage traditional online content alongside video and multimedia projects.
This is a varied and hands-on role that will appeal to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across diverse digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and publishing web content across the firm website, ensuring it is accurate, consistent and up to date.
- Building and executing targeted email campaigns, from audience selection through to build, send and reporting.
- Creating and editing visual assets to supplement digital content, using Adobe Photoshop and the wider Creative Suite.
- Optimising on-page content to increase its visibility in both organic and AI search.
- Collaborate with global team members to ensure smooth delivery of digital activity across multiple time zones.
- General support managing the firms blog network to ensure content is published effectively and follow best practice guidelines.
- Supporting the Events and BD teams by promoting and facilitating firm events across our digital channels.
- Managing and reviewing firm marketing contacts, with a strict focus on regional data privacy requirements.
- Contribute ideas and insights to enhance digital engagement and visibility and improve user experience.
- Using data and analytics to drive strategy and improvement across our digital content and campaigns.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
Essential
- A solid working knowledge of basic web technologies, SaaS and CMS platforms, and on-page content optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop (and the wider Creative Suite)
- Email marketing platform experience.
- An understanding of how to optimise content for search visibility, across both organic search and AI-powered search.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex information accurately.
- An understanding of local data privacy requirements.
- A proactive, creative, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative team.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to understand data, identify trends and use insights to inform decisions.
- The confidence to quickly grasp requirements, work within existing processes and deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
