Could you be as comfortable optimising a Google Ads campaign as joining a conversation with a C-suite decision-maker?

Feed The Hungry UK is looking for a creative, commercially aware Digital Marketing & Corporate Engagement Officer to help us meet two important challenges: strengthen the digital engagement and regular income that supports our work today — while helping develop the corporate relationships and opportunities that can grow our impact tomorrow.

This is not a conventional digital marketing role.

Working principally alongside our Global Relationship Manager, you’ll combine hands-on digital marketing with corporate discovery, engagement, and relationship development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email
  • Growing our digital audiences and helping rebuild personal engagement with Feed The Hungry
  • Using analytics and insight to understand what is working — and continually improve it
  • Using LinkedIn as our primary corporate-engagement platform to identify relevant organisations and decision-makers and start purposeful conversations
  • Researching and progressing corporate opportunities from initial digital contact through to senior and C-suite conversations alongside the GRM
  • Remaining involved as those conversations develop into relationships, opportunities, and partnerships
  • Developing professional proposals, presentations, case studies, concept papers, and thought-leadership content
  • Supporting strategic meetings, conferences, roundtables, and professional networks
  • Helping us look at our stories, evidence, and programmes and ask not only “How do we communicate this?” but also “What could this enable?”

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

  • You’ll bring hands-on digital marketing experience across areas such as SEO, paid/social advertising, and email marketing, together with confidence using LinkedIn professionally.
  • Just as importantly, you’ll be comfortable engaging with senior corporate stakeholders and participating appropriately in C-suite conversations.
  • You’ll be a strong communicator, curious and analytical, able to work independently, and confident recognising when an interesting connection could become a genuine opportunity.
  • Experience of B2B or corporate engagement, CRM, WordPress/CMS, sustainability, responsible business, or social impact would be particularly valuable.

An interest in resource redistribution, logistics, food systems, and the third sector, together with awareness of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and UN Global Compact, would also be beneficial.

Why this role is different

Our developing corporate relationships increasingly cross the boundaries between business, government, and the third sector. We are interested not simply in what organisations might give financially, but in what their resources, logistics, technology, expertise, networks, and capabilities might make possible.

The question behind our approach is simple:

What might we achieve together?

So if you are a digital marketer who also enjoys discovering opportunities, meeting people, and turning an online connection into a meaningful human conversation, we’d like to hear from you.

Three days a week. Real autonomy. Two important challenges. The opportunity to help shape what comes next.
