Who are we?
Tensorium Ltd are a specialist software delivery consultancy based in the UK. We have built and made pilot ready, what we believe to be a much better way to do recruitment in the fast evolving AI era - a product called ECERTY.
What is the product?
Built from the ground up with no legacy components, it starts with verified jobs and then uses AI to support and create better quality candidate representations with an Application workflow that provides transparent matching and an open and shared experience between job seeker and hiring team (whether recruiter or direct employer).
ECERTY is built around two simple beliefs
- For job seekers, the hiring process should give them proof that the role or job post is genuine and then more room/freedom to show what they can do through evidence— not reduce them to keywords, scores or automated decisions.
- For hiring teams, the process should support the surfacing of that evidence, stimulate the right conversations and be about much more than an AI ranked shortlist.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As we are about to launch to market, with several pilots in the pipeline, we are looking to hire ECERTY’s first Marketing Lead (Digital Marketing Director)
Firstly, this is not a role for someone looking to inherit a finished brand or a polished playbook. If that is you, then you can stop reading now.
We now need someone who can help take that belief to market.
You’ll shape the brand, build the marketing strategy, create campaigns across the right channels, grow our audience and work closely with the Product and Development team as we turn an early product into an established business.
We’re looking for someone creative, commercially minded, practical and energised by building from the ground up. Someone comfortable setting the direction—and getting stuck into the execution.
