Are you an experienced digital leader looking for the opportunity to shape digital strategy at the highest level? Do you want to lead a digital function, influence political messaging and drive the digital direction of a high profile organisation?
My client is looking for a Director of Digital to join their senior leadership team. You’ll be responsible for developing the digital strategy and setting the plan for the wider digital team, ensuring all digital activity is aligned with the organisation’s objectives and wider political messaging. You’ll oversee activity across web, social media, email, video and digital advertising, ensuring the organisation is communicating effectively with its audiences across every digital channel.

You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing, collaborative digital department, setting priorities, managing resources and ensuring the team has the capability to deliver against the organisation’s ambitions. CRM, data and digital transformation will also form an important part of the role. You’ll oversee the strategy and optimisation of CRM platforms, ensuring strong data governance, system integration and effective use of technology. You’ll also lead digital transformation projects, identifying opportunities to improve processes, introduce new technology and develop modern, scalable digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will be an established digital leader with significant experience setting digital strategy and leading high-performing teams within a complex, fast-moving organisation. Experience within politics, campaigning, public affairs or another environment where rapid response and high-profile communications are critical would be highly advantageous.
Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine interest in politics and be comfortable working within a politically focused environment. This is a unique opportunity for a senior digital leader to have a direct influence on digital strategy, communications and engagement at a senior level.
