Digital Marketing & Documentation Specialist
Pet Sitter Plus is an established business software company, providing a cloud-based CRM and scheduling system to companies around the world. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Documentation Specialist to join our UK home-based Marketing team, led by our Marketing Manager. This is a varied business-to-business role covering our website, product videos, Help Center, social media, blog, and client communications. Professional experience of websites, technical writing, and marketing matters far more to us than personal social media content or an interest in pets.
What you’ll do
- Write and maintain content for our website in Wix Studio, with screenshots, graphics, and videos made in Camtasia, Snagit, and Canva.
- Script, create, and update tutorial videos for our Learning Zone, and plan new videos in Monday.com.
- Write and maintain clear, friendly articles in our 800+ article Help Center.
- Write professional social media posts and blog articles for a business audience.
- Write and maintain CRM email templates for our sales team.
- Later, you may get involved in software design input, online advertising, Mailchimp campaigns, and new release content.

What we’re looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good experience of maintaining websites. Wix is preferred, but training is given.
- Video editing experience is preferred, but we’d consider training the right candidate.
- Comfortable using AI tools, with good judgement about when to use them.
- Curious, enthusiastic, and conscientious, and can pick up new software and systems easily, with at least a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Practical, with good common sense and sound judgement.
- A focused self-starter, currently living in and eligible to work in the UK.
- Experience of software similar to the tools we use is useful. No knowledge of Pet Sitter Plus is needed.

What we offer
- 20 to 25 hours per week, worked flexibly, with some availability during office hours.
- £16 to £18 per hour on a full employee contract, with 28 days paid holiday pro rata, including bank holidays.
- Full, ongoing training in Pet Sitter Plus and all the tools we use.
- As the role develops, there may be an opportunity to move into full time.
- Part-time employment with hours that fit around other commitments.
- A computer is supplied for your work.
