Reports to: Marketing Director

Contract: Full-time, permanent

About Cello

Cello is the UK's only remaining LED TV manufacturer, based in Bishop Auckland. We make everything from 12-volt Traveller TVs for caravans and boats to 75-inch home screens and our Voyager range with built-in 5G routers, plus a growing range of small domestic appliances. We sell across the UK and Europe through our Shopify website, retailers like Tesco, Argos, and Richer Sounds, and European marketplaces including OTTO and Kaufland. Family-run with international ambitions.

The Role

A hands-on role supporting the Marketing Director across ecommerce, marketplace management, social media, and marketing admin. You'll keep our online channels running smoothly, making sure product listings are right, content goes out, and nothing gets missed.

We're open to recent graduates as well as people with experience. What matters is that you're tech savvy, quick to learn, and prepared to get stuck in. We'll train you on our platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
