Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive

£30-34k, Castle Donington Derby, 1 day a week working from home.

Delivers engaging digital experiences and content whilst improving digital performance.
Reports to: Marketing & Ecommerce Manager

Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and optimising the Group's websites, digital platforms and customer journeys. The role ensures digital content is accurate, engaging and commercially effective while supporting SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics and digital platform administration.

Website & Content Management

  • Manage website updates and maintenance.
  • Create and update landing pages.
  • Upload products and marketing content.
  • Manage online forms and lead capture tools.
  • Test website developments and upgrades.
  • Monitor website health, usability and technical performance.
  • Support testing and deployment of website and platform enhancements.

Search Marketing

  • Implement SEO activity.
  • Support PPC campaigns and agency relationships.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads activity.
  • Monitor search performance and identify opportunities.

CRM & Marketing Technology

  • Support CRM personalisation activity.
  • Assist with ERP and CRM integrations.
  • Manage chatbot functionality and content.
  • Provide technical support for marketing platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Produce website and campaign reports.
  • Monitor traffic, enquiries and conversion rates.
  • Support data-driven optimisation projects.

Accountable For

  • Website content accuracy.
  • SEO implementation.

  • Reporting accuracy and insight generation.
