About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, performance-focused digital marketing business looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple digital brands, delivering and optimising high-performing paid marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
This role would suit someone early in their marketing career or with some existing experience who is looking to develop further and take on more responsibility in a performance-led environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative campaign ideas based on social media trends and consumer behaviour.
- Use AI tools and data to analyse campaign performance and optimise ROI.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results and scale campaigns.
- Support the growth and development of multiple digital brands.
- Manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

About You
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Creative mindset with awareness of online trends and consumer behaviour.
- Comfortable using AI tools and data to support decision-making.
- Commercially minded with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop within a fast-moving environment.
