We are looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive to help deliver our digital marketing strategy and bring our brand, people, and expertise to life online. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing digital channels, and using insight to improve performance.

About The Role

  • Reporting Line: Will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Working as part of the marketing team, you will support activity across social media, website management, content creation, video production, and digital campaigns.
    • You will play an important part in raising brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting business growth.
    • Manage and maintain the firm’s social media channels, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring content.
    • Create engaging digital content including articles, newsletters, case studies, videos, reels, and vox pops.
    • Update and maintain website content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and optimized.
    • Co-ordinate email marketing campaigns and digital communications.
    • Develop and manage content calendars across brands, sectors, and campaigns.
    • Capture and edit video content for use across digital platforms.
    • Monitor digital marketing performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
    • Work closely with the Marketing & Events Executive to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
    • Identify new opportunities to promote the firm’s services and expertise through digital channels.
    • Support the Marketing Manager with wider marketing campaigns and initiatives as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing, content marketing, or similar role.
  • Experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, websites, and digital content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, digital reporting tools, and analytics.
  • Experience creating and editing video content.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using marketing technology including Trello, Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
