Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to support the implementation of our multi-region digital strategy and drive online visibility across local and international markets. Sitting within the core Digital Marketing, Content, and Communications team, you will focus on optimising web content, improving User Experience (UX), and enhancing site architecture to boost organic search performance and lead generation.

Working closely with cross-functional specialists in SEO, Analytics, UX, and Account Management, you will maintain high standards across our CMS platforms, ensuring our digital estate effectively engages users and meets key organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the launch of new websites and ensuring the quality and accuracy of content across the CMS. This role will focus on executing actions that enhance the performance, visibility, and lead flow of targeted content within the Rentokil Initial and subsidiary brand web estate.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a passion for web content management and digital marketing.

The role's key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and update CMS content to meet organisational standards and user needs
  • Source, commission, and edit high-quality content (copy, images, video) in partnership with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Implement technical SEO recommendations to improve search visibility and performance
  • Work with developers and content specialists to troubleshoot issues and enhance platform functionality
  • Manage rollout of new products, upgrades, and functionality across market sites using CMS platforms such as Magnolia, Sitecore, and WordPress
  • Produce sitemaps and visual artefacts to communicate website structure and functionality
  • Develop and maintain guidance materials to ensure consistent CMS content authoring
  • Document processes and best practices for ongoing reference and training
  • Support new acquisition sites builds, working in close collaboration with Market and Digital Marketing teams from build through to go-live
  • Support testing and launch of new product functionality across priority markets
  • Manage project workflows using agile tools (e.g. Jira, Trello) to schedule, prioritise, and track tasks
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to maintain alignment across teams
  • Monitor ticket progress end-to-end, providing stakeholder updates and resolving blockers
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies, digital marketing practices, and agile methodologies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
