Office based digital marketing role with flexible Fridays from home
We're a full service digital marketing and AI agency based in Westcliff, Southend-on-sea. We've been established for over ten years and our growth has come from client success and recommendations.
The team's growing and we're looking for another Digital Marketing Executive to join us.
Your day to day
Variety is the point. You'll play to your strengths, but you'll get your hands on a real spread of work:
- Paid ads. Building and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
- SEO. Technical fixes, on page work and content strategy to grow organic traffic.
- Email. Campaigns and automations that nurture leads and drive repeat purchase.
- Content. Writing for websites, blogs and social that sounds like the client and not like everyone else.
- Reporting. GA4 and Looker Studio, turning the numbers into something a client can act on.
We build roles around what people are good at rather than expecting everyone to be brilliant at everything. We also mix it up, so there's freedom to be creative, room to learn the areas you're less confident in, and the chance to properly get stuck into a client's marketing rather than executing someone else's plan.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
How we work with clients
We take the personal approach. Every member of the team becomes an extension of the client's business, and that's not a line we put on the website and forget about.
You'll be in client meetings. You'll ask questions, understand what they're actually trying to do, and be part of the mission whatever the adventure turns out to be. Some clients want to double their online sales. Some are launching something nobody's done before. You get to be part of that properly, not at arm's length.
What we're looking for
Around at least three years in digital marketing, ideally agency side. We care more about being strong in one or two of the areas above than being average at all of them. Tell us where you're good and we'll help you fill in the rest.
Beyond that:
- You can hold your own on a client call and explain why something underperformed without hiding behind a dashboard.
- You're organised enough to juggle several tasks without things slipping.
- You bring ideas without waiting to be asked.
- You're comfortable with AI. You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be curious about it. It's becoming a huge part of this industry and a huge part of how we work, and it'll be a big part of how you develop here.

How to apply
