- Create and send email marketing campaigns to customers and distributors around the world.
- Plan when marketing emails and communications are sent.
- Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to promote new products and events.
- Use marketing software to automate emails and customer journeys.
- Keep customer contact data organised and GDPR compliant.
- Track results such as email opens, clicks, and leads generated.
- Test different email versions to see which performs best.
- Produce reports and suggest ways to improve future campaigns.
- Help follow up with potential customers after events and exhibitions.

The successful Digital Marketing Executive will have:

- Be data-driven and understand data/CRMs is beneficial.
- Be able to collaborate with a team efficiently whilst also work independently.
