We’re an established and successful full service B2B marketing agency, providing all the strategic, digital and creative marketing our clients need.
We work with businesses involved in interesting areas including aerospace, horticulture, medical science, renewable energy, international logistics and new technology.
We’ve a reputation for really understanding marketing and helping our clients benefit from the tactics and creativity that make a difference. As a result, we work long term with our clients.

The role
The online world and digital marketing are at the heart of everything we deliver.
Working alongside our colleagues, you’ll help provide ongoing digital marketing for our clients. This is a flexible role which you can help shape - including growing existing skills and developing new ones.

Your role may include helping deliver SEO, GEO (SEO for AI search), PPC, web development, landing pages, digital campaigns, social media and other online assets.
Content is at the centre of much of today’s digital marketing and this role includes an opportunity to be creative with language and images.
What will your day look like? You’ll manage your own workload; delivering digital marketing, working with colleagues, contributing to client meetings, developing your skills and having some fun along the way.
This is an office-based role in Norwich.
Key duties
Delivering or contributing to marketing, including:
- Digital marketing (incl. SEO, GEO, PPC and analytics)
- Existing and new website development
- Content marketing (e.g. blogs, landing pages, explainers) and digital PR
- Social media marketing
- Email marketing
- Digital campaigns
You can also help us explore AI and other research, analytic and content tools.
There is also an opportunity to play a role in communication with our clients, strategy/campaign creation and account management.

The person
Essential
- Experience delivering or studying (digital) marketing
- Good written English skills
- Good understanding of the principles of marketing
- Organised and diligent
- Passionate, positive and friendly
Desirable (but not essential)
- Marketing or business-related qualification (e.g. CIM, degree)
- Experience delivering (digital) marketing for a business, organisation or agency
- Content, copywriting or social media skills or experience
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships
- Experience managing or communicating with clients
