About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our client's dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this full-time, permanent position is based in London and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's digital presence across European markets. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in German and English, with a passion for digital marketing strategies, content optimization, and analytics. This role involves executing localized digital campaigns, supporting multilingual SEO initiatives, and collaborating closely with various teams to drive website performance and regional marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Executive will be instrumental in tailoring content and campaigns to resonate with regional audiences, ensuring the company's digital footprint is optimized for maximum engagement and visibility.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a native or near-native proficiency in German, coupled with business fluency in English. A background in digital marketing or SEO is essential, with proven experience in executing on-page SEO, content localization, and digital campaign management. Strong analytical skills are required to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language. Experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications may include a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with certifications in digital marketing or SEO tools.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your core responsibilities will include:
- Executing on-page SEO strategies tailored for the German market
- Ensuring content is localized and optimized for regional audiences
- Adapting and producing engaging digital content that aligns with regional preferences and brand guidelines
- Collaborating with the Website Manager to support the development and execution of digital campaigns
- Identifying and maintaining regional SEM opportunities, such as Google AdWords campaigns
- Monitoring website analytics and digital campaign performance to make data-driven decisions
- Supporting broader digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing efforts
