The opportunity you've been waiting for

A Marketing team with a genuine strategic remit needs someone to own the digital engine room. SEO, PPC, HubSpot, website, analytics: all of it, all connected, all reporting back into decisions that actually get made.

This is a role for someone one to three years into their career who wants the next step to mean real ownership, not more of the same tasks under a bigger job title.

How you'll make your mark

You'll support the day-to-day of a full digital marketing operation, from campaign delivery through to the data that proves it worked.

Key deliverables

  • Build, test and send HubSpot emails, newsletters and event communications, covering segmentation, automation, list management and performance reporting.
  • Support integrated campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, website and HubSpot, focused on visibility, engagement and enquiry generation.
  • Drive SEO activity including keyword research, on-page optimisation, content updates, technical checks and performance reporting.
  • Maintain and update website content through the CMS, including service pages, campaign landing pages, forms, tracking links and digital assets.
  • Collate and interpret analytics across GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular digital performance reports that turn platform data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Support wider marketing and business development initiatives as they come up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
