Open Restaurant Group is an ambitious and rapidly expanding hospitality business behind a collection of standout restaurant and dining concepts across the UK. With new openings planned and continued investment across the portfolio, we're looking for a creative, driven, and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join the team at our Bromsgrove Head Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer who wants to be part of a fast-moving business where ideas are welcomed, creativity is encouraged, and no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple brands, helping to drive guest engagement, increase brand awareness, and support venue performance through innovative digital marketing campaigns.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing activity across the group's brands.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media channels
- Managing social media communities and responding to customer engagement
- Supporting the launch of new venues and promotional campaigns
- Creating digital assets including graphics, video content, photography, and written copy
- Managing email marketing campaigns and customer databases
- Updating website content and ensuring information remains current and engaging
- Assisting with paid social and digital advertising campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular reports and insights
- Working closely with operational teams to bring venue stories and events to life online
- Ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

About You
We're looking for someone with energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality and consumer brands.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms and website CMS systems
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Hospitality, leisure, lifestyle, or retail experience would be a distinct advantage
