Join Zest Car Rental
Contract: Full-time Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Location: Dereham, Norfolk
The Role
Join Zest Car Rental to manage high-volume paid media across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, affiliate networks, and comparison sites including Kayak, Skyscanner, and Travel Supermarket. You’ll use data and partner relationships to grow customer acquisition and revenue profitably across international markets.

- Optimise campaigns, budgets, and bids to maximise return
- Report on performance and test growth opportunities
- Support SEO and wider marketing activity
- Work with partners and internal teams to achieve business goals

What you’ll bring
- At least two years’ paid search marketing experience
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience with large budgets, complex accounts, GA4, Search Console, and AI tools
- SEO knowledge and UK work authorisation
- Ability to commute to Dereham NR19 1DJ or relocate before starting
Desirable
- Affiliate, aggregator, travel, or tourism experience
- International or multi-currency campaign experience
- Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
