Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

A fast-growing residential property business is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their marketing team, taking ownership of lead generation across paid and performance channels.

This is a genuinely performance-led role. You'll sit at the centre of the marketing function, working closely with an external paid media agency and translating data into decisions the wider team can act on.

The role:

  • Manage and optimise lead generation activity across paid search and paid social
  • Work closely with the paid media agency, understanding the strategy behind the numbers and challenging it where needed
  • Own CRM processes to ensure leads are tracked, nurtured and converted effectively
  • Support the website to ensure it's optimised for conversion
  • Contribute to SEO performance and visibility
  • Manage listings across relevant third-party platforms
  • Report on performance regularly, presenting data and insight back to the wider team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
