Digital Marketing Executive

Birmingham | Hybrid | £28,000 to £32,000 + Bonus

We are working with a growing Birmingham based business looking for a bright and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join its established marketing team.

This is a broad, hands on marketing role for someone who enjoys taking campaigns from an initial brief through to delivery, working across different channels and with multiple stakeholders along the way.

You will support and execute end to end marketing campaigns, working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Design and Business Development as well as external agencies. The role will cover digital campaigns, content, product launches, events and wider marketing activity, giving you genuine exposure across the full marketing mix.

This is an environment where marketing activity is measured and results matter.

  • Supporting and executing marketing campaigns from initial brief through to delivery
  • Coordinating activity across digital channels including email, social media, SEO, PPC and content
  • Supporting product launches and wider go to market activity
  • Liaising with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time
  • Creating and coordinating marketing content and campaign assets
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Marketing, Design and Business Development teams
  • Supporting events and ensuring activity connects with wider marketing campaigns
  • Collating campaign data and results to help measure performance
  • Producing campaign reports and supporting recommendations for future activity
  • Managing multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously

Applicants must have previous solid experience within a digital marketing role and, importantly, be able to demonstrate campaign delivery rather than experience in just one area of marketing. You will have:

  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Strong copywriting and content skills
  • Confidence collating campaign data and reporting on results
  • Experience supporting product launches would be advantageous
  • Exposure to events and broader marketing activity
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • The confidence to work collaboratively across different teams
  • A proactive approach with the ability to pick up a brief, understand what needs to happen and help drive it through to completion
